About Me

After receiving my first KCR session and feeling the relief I immediately committed to doing the next Practitioner’s Level 1 training course.… little did I realise that this was the beginning of my KCR journey.

I learned that, if one area of the body is out of alignment, then the whole body is affected.

Within minutes of being in this class and learning about the importance of the Connective Tissue System (Myofascia), I was absolutely fascinated in how critical a component it is in maintaining a happy healthy (pain free) body. Not only does it support our physical body, but it also supports our emotional wellbeing too.

Providing the foundations for KCR

Further to completing my Level 1 Certification I received my accreditation from the KCR HQ based in Ayrshire.

Learning to listen and connect with the body, incorporating slight postural adjustments to allow the connective tissue release and unwind in a beautiful and graceful manner.

This course expanded my awareness and understanding of the connective tissue and how it functions within our body.

CTR 1 & 2 Provided me with an extensive set of additional methods that may offer deeper releases with KCR.

Learned how to effectively and conscientiously deliver KCR Level 1 Practitioner.
